For my fellow ME followers, I hope this month treats you well and thank you for raising awareness the way you do I was diagnosed with M.E aged 7. I am now 28 and having lived with M.E. for 21 years, I feel I can safely say, ‘I know what it’s like’. My main symptoms include: * Muscle weakness, pain and aches * Fatigue * Brain fog * Nausea & Dizziness * Palpitations and irregular heartbeat * Joint pain * Noise

Without my mum caring as much as she did (does), and making endless phone calls to Me Association and health professionals, things would have been much worse than they already were. If you have family who will help you fight for a diagnosis of ME, appreciate them with everything you have.
